Privacy notice · Updated September 7, 2026

Keep sensitive material out of the first conversation.

This notice explains what happens when you visit the Nuraforge website, book a meeting, use the local readiness scorecard, or follow an external link.

Short version: the public website is for non-confidential scoping. Do not send source code, credentials, patient information, export-controlled information, or trade secrets before an appropriate agreement and access method are in place.

The readiness scorecard runs locally.

The scorecard does not require a name, email address, company name, or free-text technical description. The scorecard does not use cookies or local storage to save answers, and does not transmit your selections. Optional website analytics, described below, does not receive your answers.

While answering
Your selections remain in the current browser page. Nuraforge does not receive them.
Copy or download
The browser can copy the generated brief to your clipboard or create a local text file. Those actions do not send the brief to Nuraforge.
Booking a call
Your scorecard answers are not submitted to Calendly. You can choose what context to share when arranging your meeting.

Website analytics are optional.

If you choose Accept analytics, Nuraforge uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, referring websites, general device and browser information, and clicks that open the meeting scheduler. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and visits, and also measures sessions and engagement. A booking-link click is not confirmation that a meeting was booked.

The analytics script stays off until you accept. Our tracking code reports only known public page paths, removes query strings and fragments, and sends only the referring site's origin. It does not collect scorecard answers, form contents, names, email addresses, or client project material. Advertising features and session replay are not enabled.

You can decline analytics and still use the entire site, including booking. Use Analytics settings to change your choice later. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, and analytics cookies are configured for the same maximum lifetime. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent automatic activation, even after a previous acceptance; you can explicitly accept for the current page. Declining after accepting disables further analytics and clears this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies; the page may reload to apply the change.

Google receives routine network request information when analytics loads and processes analytics information under its own privacy practices. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Standard infrastructure can also receive routine request information:

Website hosting
The hosting provider may process IP address, request time, requested file, user-agent information, and error or security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Google Fonts
The browser requests the site’s typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive routine request information under its own terms and privacy practices.
External links
Any external site applies its own privacy and cookie practices after you open it. Booking links open Calendly; the website does not embed its calendar.

Meetings are booked through Calendly.

When you open a booking link, Calendly collects the details you enter to arrange your meeting and shares the booking information with Nuraforge. Calendly processes that information under its own privacy notice. The Nuraforge website itself has no inquiry form.

Nuraforge uses inquiry information to evaluate fit, arrange and prepare for a conversation, answer questions, prepare a proposal, perform an agreed engagement, keep business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Nuraforge does not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

Do not use public channels for protected engineering material.

The website, scorecard, and meeting scheduler are not project repositories. Do not submit:

Detailed access starts after the boundary is agreed.

A mutual NDA can be completed before confidential technical material is exchanged. If an engagement proceeds, the applicable agreements and access plan should address permitted use, repositories, credentials, retention, return or deletion, security expectations, intellectual property, and authorized personnel.

This public notice does not replace the signed agreement governing client material.

Information is retained for its business and legal purpose.

Detailed Google Analytics user and event data is set to a two-month retention period without automatic renewal on new activity. Aggregated reporting can remain available longer.

Inquiry, proposal, contracting, accounting, and engagement records may be retained while they are needed for the relationship, legitimate business records, dispute handling, or legal obligations. A signed engagement may establish more specific handling or deletion requirements for project material.

You may ask Nuraforge to correct or delete ordinary inquiry information, subject to records that must be retained or that are needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
